What We Offer
Our niche is that we provide ready-to-install packages of the product lines below that the home builder can offer to their clients to increase revenue and profit per house.
We currently have 5 product lines for the home builder to offer to their clients:
1. Home Security – video doorbells, spotlights, cameras,
motion detectors, etc.
2. Deck/Patio Furnishings – deck/patio tables and
chairs, outdoor furniture, deck lighting, outdoor kitchen, etc.
3. Backyard Activity Equipment – play station/swing
sets, soccer goals, basketball hoops, etc.
4. Sheds – assorted sizes and styles of sheds.
5. Delivered Package Security – secure package
delivery receptacle, video doorbell, video cameras,
etc.
What We Do
- Research and develop 3-6 packages for each line of products that the home builder can offer their clients.
- Calculate suggested pricing to the homeowner for each package with a 50 – 100% mark up for the home builder. Final pricing is done with each individual home builder for each individual market.
- Create PDFs of the various packages utilizing the home builder’s branding for offering to the homeowner.
- Provide sales support for the home builder regarding homeowner questions or concerns.
- Upon receipt of an order from the homeowner, we will:
a. Order and purchase the items
b. Receive and inventory the items
c. Do any light assembly we can do that still allows economical shipping (ex: assemble chairs, end tables, swing set seats, etc.)
d. Congregate/package the items per house
e. Package and ship the items labeled for each individual house
f. At the option of the home builder, they can bill and collect from the homeowner, or the sale can be directly between the homeowner and us and then we will pay the home builder a commission.
